Role Overview:

We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to create exceptional customer experiences and help customers discover home furnishings that fit their needs and lifestyle. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys customer interaction, works well in a fast-paced retail environment, and is focused on achieving sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers professionally, provide outstanding service, and guide them through product selection while creating a positive shopping experience.

• Process sales orders, payments, credit applications, financing requests, and transaction documentation accurately while following cash-handling procedures.

• Address customer concerns, support store opening and closing activities, complete daily checklists, and assist with cash reconciliation.

• Support inventory management, loss prevention procedures, and scheduled inventory checks while maintaining accurate store operations.

• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs, maintain customer satisfaction standards, and complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• One year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, with strong customer engagement and communication skills.

• Ability to communicate information clearly and persuasively, build customer relationships, and contribute fresh ideas in a sales environment.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, maintain reliable attendance, and perform required physical tasks such as lifting, tugging, and pulling merchandise.
