About the role

This is a Customer Service and Sales role in a retail showroom environment. You will greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Answer inquiries regarding product features, prices, promotions, warranties, and availability
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate with management when necessary
• Promote and sell products to achieve individual and store sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products
• Follow up with potential customers and leads
• Maintain updated knowledge of all products, features, prices, promotions, and warranty policies
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper product display in the showroom

About you

• Maintain updated knowledge of all products, features, prices, promotions, and warranty policies
• Be able to confidently explain and compare different product models
• Stay informed about new products and company promotions
• Process customer orders and payments accurately
• Ensure proper handling and recording of cash and other payment transactions
• Follow company policies, mall regulations, and store procedures
• Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance
• Observe proper opening and closing procedures
