About the Opportunity

Venture Coast Marketing is looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our Jacksonville team. This

is an in-person, customer-facing role centered on retail sales, customer service, and brand representation.

Team members engage directly with customers, learn their needs, explain available products and services, and

help create a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Explain products, services, promotions, and available options clearly.
• Assist customers with questions and help identify solutions that fit their needs.
• Support sales goals while maintaining a strong customer-service experience.
• Represent client brands professionally in a face-to-face retail environment.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development.

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

$15.00 per hour. Additional compensation, incentives, or benefits should only be listed if applicable to the

position.

Schedule & Work Setting

This position is based in the Jacksonville, Florida area and requires in-person, face-to-face customer
