As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help customers find products that suit their needs, provide knowledgeable and responsible product information, process transactions, maintain the store, and help ensure customers have a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Assist customers in selecting vape devices, e-liquids, coils, pods, and accessories based on their needs and preferences
• Learn and maintain knowledge of the products we carry, including device features, e-liquid options, and compatibility
• Operate the POS system and process cash, debit, and other payments accurately
• Follow all age-verification and store policies when completing sales
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked product displays
• Restock shelves and assist with receiving and organizing inventory
• Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock or product-related issues to management
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful product recommendations
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and general store maintenance
• Work effectively as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly

Requirements

• 19+
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with customers in a retail environment
• Willingness to learn about vape products and industry regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

Pay: $18.25-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
