LOVEDOG is a locally owned, independent dog accessories brand bringing our first pop-up boutique to Kierland Commons in Scottsdale.

We create beautifully designed, handmade dog accessories for people who believe their dogs deserve something a little more special—and we’re looking for a couple of great people to help us create an equally special experience for our customers.

This is not a traditional retail job. LOVEDOG is a small, founder-led brand, so we’re looking for someone who is personable, dependable, confident and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. You should be comfortable starting conversations, helping customers find the perfect pieces for their dogs, and representing the personality and story behind LOVEDOG.

What you'll do:

• Welcome and engage customers in a warm, natural way
• Help customers choose collars, bows, bandanas, harnesses and other accessories for their dogs
• Learn the LOVEDOG collections and confidently explain our products
• Process purchases using Square POS
• Keep the boutique beautiful, organized and well stocked
• Help open and/or close the boutique when scheduled
• Assist with light restocking, merchandising and day-to-day boutique tasks
• Treat every customer—and every dog who visits us—like they matter

You might be a great fit if you:

• Truly love dogs
• Are friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking with new people
• Have a polished, professional appearance and understand elevated customer service
• Are reliable and show up when you say you will
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Have retail, hospitality, boutique or customer-service experience (preferred, but personality matters just as much)
• Are comfortable working outdoors in a covered retail environment
• Are available for a mix of weekday, evening and/or weekend shifts

LOVEDOG is a small business, which means you'll be working directly with the founder and will have an opportunity to be part of the brand during an exciting period of growth.
