About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales across our retail operations. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the products they need whilst building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business. Your contribution will directly impact our store's success and customer satisfaction ratings, making this a key position within our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Deliver exceptional customer service and help customers discover their new favourite Swedish candy.

·       Process sales accurately through the POS system and handle cash, card payments, returns and exchanges.

·       Prepare gifting products, personalised candy tubs and online orders.

·       Keep the store clean, well-stocked, organised and visually appealing at all times.

·       Support daily opening, closing, stock replenishment, inventory counts and operational routines.

·       Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently recommend products to customers.

·       Support in-store events, activations and sampling activities.

·       Capture simple photos and videos for social media and assist with occasional content creation and promotions.

·       Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

·       Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets while following company policies and health & safety standards.

What We're Looking For

·       Previous experience in retail, F&B, hospitality or customer service is an advantage.

·       Friendly, energetic and confident interacting with customers.

·       Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Melayu is an advantage).

·       Reliable, responsible and organised with good attention to detail.

·       Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions.

·       Passionate about customer service and creating memorable experiences.

·       Comfortable appearing in occasional social media content.

·       Able to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Available to work weekends and public holidays when required.
