Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection and questions
• Educate customers on smoke, vape, glass, and CBD/THCA product lines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Operate the POS system for purchases, returns, and inventory management
• Stay informed on new products, trends, and promotions
• Restock shelves and ensure accurate product labeling
• Uphold store policies and age verification requirements (21+)
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older (per state law)
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of smoke, vape, or glass products is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
