About the Position

La Quinta Solutions is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to represent nationally recognized telecommunications products inside major retail locations. In this customer-facing role, you’ll assist shoppers, answer questions, recommend products based on their needs, and provide a positive customer experience.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide paid training for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and are eager to develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers about available products and services.
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Complete sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain product displays and a clean workspace.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Work collaboratively with team members and store leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retail location.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.

Schedule

• Full-time
• 8-hour shifts
• Weekend availability required

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience.
