What you’ll do

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products that meet their needs
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and returns
• Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to boost sales
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store through effective merchandising strategies
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures
• Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and suggesting complementary items
• Stock shelves promptly to ensure product availability and freshness
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Basic qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash

Preferred qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience, particularly in grocery or similar environments
• Knowledge of retail math concepts for inventory management
