We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates who enjoy connecting with people, learning about the latest technology, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play an important role in creating exceptional customer experiences and driving store success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional, and engaging store experience.
• Build genuine relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending the right wireless solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on mobile devices, wireless plans, accessories, protection options, and related services.
• Stay informed about current promotions, products, pricing, and technology trends within the telecommunications industry.
• Recommend additional products and services that enhance customer experience and provide added value.
• Collaborate with store employees to increase and drive store traffic to boost sales.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Process sales transactions, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and successful store environment.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or telecommunications is considered an asset.
• Sales experience is preferred. We welcome candidates who demonstrate strong customer service skills and a willingness to grow.
• Ability to work with a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to be assigned to different areas of Cochrane, AB.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
