Responsibilities

• Handle cash and perform cashiering duties accurately.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed correctly.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to assist customers effectively.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is essential.
