We are looking for a personable and customer focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Vancouver, WA. This opportunity is an excellent fit for someone with experience in customer service, retail, the restaurant or food industry, hospitality, as a bartender/barista, or other customer-forward positions who is looking to develop their career in sales.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will foster friendly and positive customer engagement while working in our partnered retail store locations around Vancouver, WA. By fostering relationships and providing our customers with information about our Water and Beverage home delivery products and services, you will build product awareness and find solutions that best fit their needs. This position will be best for someone who has engaging communication skills, personability, and clear communication to provide a friendly and helpful experience with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate sales.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and guests, providing professional and friendly customer service.
• Understand our customers’ needs/what they’re looking for through engaging interactions.
• Explain our products and services clearly, answering any questions with professionalism and positive energy.
• Accurately identify if any service plans and product selections would benefit our customers based on their needs, and make product recommendations.
• Use sales and marketing skills to build new customer relationships, process enrollments, and assist with delivery service setup for new/repeating customers.
• Work closely with your team to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Be adaptable with new promotions and stay up-to-date with team training and communication.

Pay and Perks:

• Base hourly rate ranging from $17.50-$21.00/ hour (paid weekly!).
