Whether assisting customers in person or via phone communication, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and satisfied shoppers. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance with product selection related to Hair care, makeup care, face and body products, hair accessories, jewlery and etc,
• Demonstrate excellent customer service by answering questions up to 1a and 4c hair and products within the customer's needs.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering and cash handling transactions while maintaining retail math accuracy
• Manage merchandising efforts including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are appealingly presented to maximize sales opportunities
• Assist with inventory management by conducting stock checks, organizing storage areas, and supporting merchandising initiatives
• Support e-commerce activities by processing online orders and coordinating in-store pickup or delivery options when applicable
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone to answer inquiries about products or services and provide solutions promptly

Experience/Required

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred, especially within beauty products, beauty trends, and other popular trends in products and items required
• Knowledge of customer service care, teamwork, and product management preferred.
• Knowledge in human hair, wig, track hair, clip ons etc is preferred.
• Knowledge in 4 a, b, c, and up hair textures, ethic hair products and textures or willing to learn about them quickly, is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math ensures smooth transaction processing required.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members, both verbal and written. They are both essential for engaging with customers and team members alike.
• Organizational skills help maintain a tidy store environment and support efficient merchandising efforts is preferred.
• Must be 20+ and older to apply.

Hours

- We are looking for people who can work more than 7 hrs a day, till close (8 pm) or who are available to work on weekends.

• Min 30-35 hrs to work per week

• NOT accepting who are working less than 5 hrs a day.

• Must be available to work to open or till close

• Must be available to cover shifts quickly.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
