Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, provide curated outfits.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cashiering, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately.
• Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone or in person to answer questions about products or services.
• Manage inventory levels through retail math skills, stock replenishment, and merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions.
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a bonus for serving diverse customers.
• Organizational skills for stocking shelves, managing inventory, and maintaining an orderly store environment.
