店務員／門店銷售 Retail Sales Associate

About the role

We are a health and nutrition specialist store selling health supplements, nutritional products and wellness items, with our own brands and various international brands. We are seeking a proactive, responsible retail sales associate who enjoys communicating with people to maintain our health and nutrition retail store in Sheung Shui.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, cashier duties and store tidying
• Proactively greet customers, understand their needs and introduce suitable nutritional and health products
• Familiarise yourself with in-store products, brands and basic product information
• Manage product displays, restocking, inventory organisation and stock counting
• Promote membership plans and assist in establishing and maintaining WhatsApp/WeChat customer groups
• Follow up on customer repurchases and customer enquiries
• Achieve personal and store sales targets
• Complete other store work as assigned by supervisors

About you

• Secondary school education or above
• Fluent in Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin and basic English
• Good communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers
• Proactive, polite, attentive and responsible
• Interest in health, nutrition and wellness products
• Sales target awareness and willingness to actively introduce products and close sales
• Able to independently handle daily store operations
• Experience in retail, sales, health supplements, beauty, pharmacy or FMCG is preferred
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, WeChat, mini-programs and other basic social platforms is preferred
• No relevant experience but willing to learn is also welcome; the company provides product and sales training

我們是一間健康營養專門店，主要售賣保健食品、營養補充品及健康產品，並設有自有品牌及不同國際品牌。

現誠聘一位主動、有責任感、喜歡與人溝通的店務員／銷售顧問，一起維護上水區的健康營養零售店。

主要職責

• 負責店舖日常營運，包括開店、關店、收銀及店舖整理

• 主動接待客人，了解客戶需要並介紹合適的營養及保健產品

• 熟悉店內產品、品牌及基本產品資料

• 負責產品陳列、補貨、庫存整理及貨品盤點

• 推廣會員計劃，協助建立及維護 WhatsApp/wechat 客戶群

• 跟進客户回購及客戶查詢

• 達成個人及店舖銷售目標

• 完成上級安排的其他店舖工作

我們希望你

• 中學畢業或以上

• 具零售、銷售、保健品、美容、藥房或 FMCG 經驗者優先

• 粵語流利，普通話流利及基本英文

• 有良好溝通能力，喜歡與客人交流

• 主動、有禮、細心、有責任感

• 對健康、營養及保健產品有興趣

• 有銷售目標意識，願意主動介紹產品及促成交易

• 能獨立處理店舖日常工作

• 熟悉 WhatsApp、微信、小程序等基本社交平台者優先

• 沒有相關經驗但願意學習者亦歡迎申請，公司提供產品及銷售培訓
