Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance on complete vision solution.
• Assist shoppers with product selection and inform them on existing promotions.
• Maintain attractive displays through merchandising and stock replenishment to enhance the shopping experience
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions while ensuring retail math accuracy
• Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and conducting regular stock checks
• Offer exceptional customer service via phone communication or in person.

Skills

• Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and stock management
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Outstanding organizational skills for merchandising and inventory control
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly attitude and effective phone communication skills
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms to assist online order pickups or inquiries

Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 28.0 per week
