We’re Chilliwack’s trusted neighbourhood health food store, committed to helping our customers make informed choices for their natural health needs.

Our shelves are stocked with a wide variety of products, including natural groceries, vitamins and minerals, nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, beauty and body care items, homeopathic solutions, aromatherapy products, and eco-friendly household cleaners.

Our team includes two certified Registered Nutritional Practitioners, along with several staff members who have completed specialized health and nutrition programs. We’re continually building our expertise through workshops, seminars, and ongoing research. Most importantly, our team genuinely cares about health and wellness. What It’s Like to Work at Sardis

At Sardis, teamwork is everything. Everyone takes part in keeping the store running smoothly. That means you’ll be involved in:

• Guiding customers toward products that support their health goals
• Restocking shelves and organizing new inventory
• Operating the cash register
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment
• Contributing to our social media presence

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy interacting with people and stay aware of what’s happening around you. You’re someone who can quickly spot what needs attention and take initiative to keep the store looking and functioning at its best.

This position is ideal for someone who’s eager to keep learning about health and wellness. We’re looking for a long-term team member who wants to deepen their product knowledge, grow into an expert resource for customers, and potentially take on greater responsibility over time—including leadership opportunities.

The Details

This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time. The schedule is consistent, with 2 set days per week, and our team covers one another to make vacation scheduling easy. This position will require working one weekend shift per week.

Starting wage is $20 per hour, with flexibility based on experience. We also offer staff discounts and wellness-related perks—because we believe in supporting your health both inside and outside of work.

Qualifications

Most importantly, you bring enthusiasm for health and a genuine desire to serve customers. The following experience would be considered an asset:

• Knowledge of or experience with health and wellness products
• Retail experience, particularly in health food or grocery environments
• Experience creating or posting content on social media
