Job Overview

Aura Smoke & Vape is looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Prosper, TX. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with product selection, maintain a clean and organized store, and help ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products based on their preferences.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the store’s products, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Process cash, card, and other payments accurately.
• Operate the POS system and complete transactions efficiently.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and applicable age-verification requirements.
• Keep the sales floor, counters, displays, and other areas clean and organized.
• Restock merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
• Check inventory and communicate low-stock or missing items to management.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and labeling inventory.
• Help maintain accurate pricing and product information throughout the store.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Assist with other store tasks and daily operations as needed.

Work Environment

This is an in-person retail position at Aura Smoke & Vape in Prosper, TX. The role involves interacting with customers throughout the shift, handling merchandise, maintaining the store, and assisting with daily retail operations.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
