RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

New retail location at Annapolis Mall, and we’re looking for friendly, motivated, and sales-driven Retail Associates to join our team.

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Starting Pay: $15/hour

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Recommend products and help customers make purchasing decisions
• Drive sales and work toward store sales goals
• Operate the register and process transactions
• Restock and organize merchandise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Work as part of a team to create a great customer experience

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Is outgoing and comfortable approaching customers
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Is motivated by sales and achieving goals
• Is dependable, punctual, and professional
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is available to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Retail or sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Annapolis Mall, Annapolis, MD

New retail location at Annapolis Mall, and we’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and sales-driven Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team.

The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to drive sales, lead employees, maintain store standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Help lead and motivate the retail team
• Drive sales and help the store achieve daily and monthly goals
• Coach Retail Associates on customer service and sales
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Open and close the store as a keyholder
• Handle register and cash-management responsibilities
• Assist with scheduling and daily staff assignments
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards
• Monitor inventory and assist with receiving and restocking
• Help ensure store policies and procedures are followed
• Run the store independently when the General Manager is not present

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous retail, sales, or customer service experience
• Has leadership or supervisory experience
• Is confident approaching customers and driving sales
• Is dependable, organized, and accountable
• Can coach and motivate a team
• Is comfortable making decisions and handling store responsibilities independently
• Has flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous retail management experience is preferred.
