Retail Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing products, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting overall store operations. The role contributes to achieving sales targets, maintaining store cleanliness, ensuring proper merchandising, and safeguarding company assets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide accurate product information and recommendations

• Support sales promotions and upselling to achieve daily and monthly targets

• Operate POS systems and process payments accurately

• Issue receipts, handle returns and exchanges in compliance with store policy

• Safeguard cash, receipts, and other financial transactions

• Assist in product displays, tagging, and price updates

• Replenish stocks regularly to maintain availability and store presentation

• Participate in receiving deliveries and stock transfers

About you

• At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer service-oriented

• POS operation is an advantage

• Flexible, reliable, and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

• Team player with a positive attitude
