What You’ll Do

• Help customers look and feel their best
• Build relationships instead of simply making transactions
• Learn men’s clothing, suits, shoes, accessories and proper fit
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional store
• Assist with merchandising and inventory
• Work toward individual and store sales goals
• Become part of the team that establishes the culture of our new Harrisonburg location

Compensation

Pay: $16 - $18 an hour plus commission for assistant managers, sales associates and key holders. Monthly potential bonus for assistant manager position.
