Retail Sales Associate

Overview

We are seeking a friendly, polished, and people-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. No prior expertise in cigars is required, as we will provide comprehensive training on premium cigars, accessories, leather goods, gifts, and our full product range. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Help customers select cigars, gifts, accessories, and merchandise.
• Perform merchandising duties to ensure products are attractively displayed and well-organized
• Operate the POS system and cash register accurately during transactions
• Maintain organized retail space and ensure shelves are stocked with merchandise
• Support the team in managing inventory and restocking as needed
• Contribute to a positive store atmosphere through friendly interactions and teamwork
• Assist with gift wrapping, product knowledge sharing, and other customer service tasks as required

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills to manage merchandising and store presentation effectively
• Ability to operate POS systems and cash registers efficiently
• Enthusiasm for retail sales and customer engagement
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
• No prior experience in cigars or related products necessary; training will be provided
• A genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
