Retail Sales Associate

Job Overview

We are a small business locally owned and operated for more than 40 years, we are looking for a highly self motivated individual to work at our store. We do not have assigned specific roles here, everyone does a little bit of every job here; cashiering, stocking shelves, filling and organizing beer cooler, receiving orders, opening and/ or closing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

• Keeping the beer and wine coolers organized, stocked, and faced.

• Selling lottery tickets, online and instant.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in the liquor industry.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and displays

• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

• Must be able to lift at least 30lbs repeatedly

• Must be at least 18 years of age to sell alcohol.

• TIPS, or Alcohol Awareness certified preferred

• Lottery experience preferred

• must have reliable transportation

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
