Retail Sales Associate

Sensually Yours, Inc. is a locally owned adult novelty, lingerie, and wellness retailer in Honolulu, HI. We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our floor team in providing welcoming, judgment-free customer service, product education, and store upkeep.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position. We are primarily hiring for part-time and on-call availability (with potential consideration for full-time).

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist customers on the sales floor with attentive, respectful service
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations across our lingerie, novelties, and wellness lines
• Ring up cash and card sales accurately using our POS system
• Maintain sales floor merchandising, product displays, and daily store cleanliness
• Restock shelves and support routine inventory check-ins
• Consistently enforce store age-verification procedures (18+) and company policies
• Coordinate shift priorities with the MOD and store leadership

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID to comply with age-verification guidelines
• Comfortable and professional discussing adult novelty, intimacy, and wellness products
• Strong face-to-face communication skills and an approachable demeanor
• Retail, cashier, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required (we will train)
• Dependable attendance with reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and move on the sales floor during shifts and lift up to 30 lbs

Schedule & Availability

• Day, afternoon, and closing/night shifts available
• Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is strongly preferred
