Nice & Naughty is looking for an outgoing, confident, and sales-driven Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team.

We are a locally owned, multi-location intimate boutique focused on creating a comfortable, inclusive, and educational shopping experience. Our associates do much more than ring up purchases — they build relationships, ask thoughtful questions, develop extensive product knowledge, and help customers find products that genuinely fit their individual needs and preferences.

This is a sales position. Our associates are expected to actively engage customers, recommend products, build baskets, and work toward measurable sales goals. If you enjoy connecting with people and are motivated by seeing your efforts reflected in your sales results, we want to meet you.

What You'll DoCreate an Exceptional Customer Experience

• Welcome customers and create a comfortable, judgment-free shopping environment
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer's individual needs and preferences
• Provide knowledgeable, professional product recommendations
• Make customers feel comfortable discussing topics that may be personal or unfamiliar
• Build trust through genuine conversation rather than high-pressure sales tactics

Drive Sales

• Actively engage customers throughout their shopping experience
• Recommend complementary products and use thoughtful upselling and cross-selling to build complete solutions
• Work toward individual and store sales goals
• Understand and improve key retail metrics such as average transaction value, units per transaction (UPT), and conversion
• Participate in monthly sales initiatives, promotions, and performance goals
• Take ownership of your results and look for opportunities to improve

Strong sales performance is rewarded through monthly commission opportunities in addition to base pay.

Become a Product Expert

Our customers rely on us for knowledgeable recommendations, which means learning is an important part of this position.

You will be expected to:

• Develop strong knowledge of our products, brands, features, and uses
• Stay informed about sexual wellness, relevant industry trends, and new products
• Translate product knowledge into approachable, useful recommendations
• Continue learning as our product assortment evolves

Previous experience in the adult retail or sexual wellness industry is not required. Professionalism, curiosity, comfort with the subject matter, and a willingness to learn are much more important.

Support the Store

• Process purchases accurately using our POS system
• Restock, merchandise, and maintain product displays
• Assist with inventory procedures
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Support promotions, events, and other store initiatives
• Work collaboratively with a small team while also being comfortable working independently
• Open or close the store and, at times, work independently in the location

• Have previous retail sales, commission sales, luxury/specialty retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing sales experience
• Are comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations
• Know how to listen before making a recommendation
• Enjoy upselling and building a customer's purchase without being pushy
• Are motivated by goals, metrics, and commission opportunities
• Communicate confidently and professionally
• Can comfortably assist multiple customers while remaining aware of the sales floor
• Are dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Are mature and professional when discussing intimate products and sexual wellness
• Are available for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends

Experience working with POS systems and inventory is helpful, but we can train the right salesperson on our systems and products.
