Our Harrisburg, PA-based marketing and sales firm is looking for an outgoing, motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity that includes paid training and hands-on experience, making it a great fit for recent graduates, career changers, or individuals interested in developing a long-term career in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

We work with nationally recognized brands to help expand their presence and connect with customers in established retail locations. As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll interact directly with customers, provide information about products and promotions, answer questions, and create a positive customer experience. You'll receive ongoing coaching and training while building practical skills in communication, sales, customer service, and professional development.

This position also provides a clear path for professional growth and advancement. Team members who demonstrate strong performance, leadership skills, and a commitment to development may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance into higher-level roles within the organization. What You'll Do

• Represent nationally recognized brands at retail partner locations
• Interact with customers and introduce them to available products, services, and promotions
• Answer customer questions and provide knowledgeable, friendly assistance
• Create positive customer interactions that support customer acquisition and brand awareness
• Work alongside team members to meet daily sales and performance goals
• Take part in retail sales, marketing, and customer service training
• Participate in team meetings and receive coaching from leadership
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout each shift
• Develop the sales, communication, and leadership skills needed for future advancement

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College coursework or a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related area is a plus, but not required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work toward individual and team goals
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a retail environment
• Dependable transportation to assigned retail locations
• Must be at least 18 years of age
