Retail Sales Associate – Full Time ($17/hr + Commission)

Location: In-Person
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Required Availability

Our business hours are:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Applicants must have open availability, including weekends, and be able to work a flexible combination of the hours listed above.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system
• Handle both cash and credit card payments responsibly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Stock shelves and ensure all merchandise is properly displayed
• Respond to customer inquiries and share product knowledge
• Upsell products and services to boost revenue
• Stay informed about current promotions and inventory
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, customer-first attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting
• Tech product knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems is a bonus
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette
