Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a smooth checkout process. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Operate POS systems and cash registers efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly.
• Maintain organized displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.
• Manage stock levels, restock shelves, and assist with inventory management as needed.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure excellent store operations.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and cash registers.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
