Job Summary
Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive sales and create memorable shopping experiences. In this energetic role, you will engage with customers, showcase products, and assist in maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. Your proactive approach will help customers find what they need while upselling and promoting products to enhance their shopping journey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills and grow within a vibrant retail setting.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
• Highlight product features and benefits, encouraging purchase decisions
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Upsell to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and perform merchandising to keep the store visually appealing and well-stocked
• Manage inventory by stocking new merchandise, conducting stock counts, and ensuring proper placement on the sales floor
• Maintain professional etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely or in store

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
