As Eadeco enters a new business chapter, we will never forget that we are able to come this far because of where we first came from – our parent company, Eastern Decorator, which was founded in 1968 in Ipoh, Malaysia. Now, Eadeco/Eadess is a leading home furnishing retailer in Singapore and Malaysia represented in two distinct brands – HOOGA and AKEMI.

Started in late 2018, HOOGA is now the fastest growing home décor brand in the region that brings the Danish Hygge lifestyle into people’s homes. HOOGA is a truly Home Lifestyle Brand built upon a fundamental character and spirit that enjoys the simple pleasures and pursuit in finding happiness and meaning in life.

First introduced in 1992, AKEMI is a trusted home furnishing and accessories brand that strives to create special moments of togetherness in every family, through offering an extensive array of bedding, bedding accessories and bath essentials.
