Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and operational excellence.
• Engage in innovation and productivity initiatives to enhance store performance.
• Deliver a seamless customer experience across channels.
• Handle customer order fulfilment and related in-store processes.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by projecting a positive and professional image.
• Perform daily and quarterly stock counts.
• Maintain outstanding store presentation, housekeeping standards, and merchandise displays.

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable, and engaging personality.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates with relevant retail sales experience may be considered for a Senior Retail Sales Associate position.
