Retail Sales Associate

OverviewJellish is a lifestyle brand that participates in pop-up markets and artisan events across the United States. We are currently looking for friendly and energetic Pop-Up Market Sales Associates / Brand Ambassadors to join our team for upcoming markets in Cherry Creek, Denver in 2026 holiday season.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, explaining products, and working in a fun market environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at pop-up market booths
• Introduce and explain Jellish products (Mostly skincare products and cosmetics)
• Assist customers with purchases and process payments
• Help with booth setup and breakdown
• Guide customers through product demos and experiences

Shifts take place on both weekdays and weekend, depending on market schedules.

Requirements

• Must have a personal vehicle
• Friendly and confident with customer interaction
• Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining products
• Able to work weekend events
• Retail, sales, or event experience is a plus

Pay

Compensation is based on hourly pay (minimum wage)+ 5% commission of sale.

• $20 – $40+ per hour (typical earnings)

Earnings vary depending on sales performance and customer engagement. Strong sellers can earn significantly higher through commissions.

Growth Opportunities

High-performing team members may be considered for a future Market Manager position, with compensation transitioning to a salary-based role.
