POSITION SUMMARY

As a Tanning Consultant, you’ll be the face of Electric RAYS by building relationships, conducting consultations, driving sales, and creating an experience that turns clients into raving fans.

The work is fast-paced and hands-on. You’ll sell, educate, hit goals, keep the studio looking its best, and jump in wherever you’re needed. We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, coachable, dependable, and motivated by results.

No sales experience? No problem. We’ll teach you the skills. What matters is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to grow.

This is more than a part-time job. With a defined growth path from Tanning Consultant → Lead Consultant → Assistant Manager → Studio Manager, your opportunity can grow with you.

We are building the #1 sun spa brand in the PNW by developing our people into owners and scaling to 30+ locations. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

• Greets every client warmly, builds relationships, and delivers a personalized, welcoming experience.
• Conducts new client consultations, educating clients on memberships, services, and skincare products, and recommending upgrades based on their needs.
• Follows the Electric RAYS sales process to meet or exceed individual sales goals, and participates in ongoing sales training.
• Handles client concerns professionally, involving management when needed, and communicates client feedback and studio needs to the Sales Manager.
• Completes opening/closing duties, cleaning, sanitation, and register procedures per studio standards, and attends required meetings and trainings.

POSITION STRUCTURE & SCHEDULE

• Part-time position requiring flexibility with evenings and weekends
• Minimum of 6 shifts per month
• Must demonstrate reliability and effective communication with leadership and team members

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods standing and moving throughout the studio
• Ability to perform cleaning and sanitation duties
• Occasional lifting of retail/product inventory
