Join the fast-paced, high-energy world of wireless retail! NBR 2 LLC is a premier authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile. We are expanding and looking for motivated, tech-savvy, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associates to join our teams across the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Long Island areas.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Deliver Awesome Customer Service: Welcome customers, listen to their needs, and find the perfect phone, plan, and accessories for them.
• Drive Sales: Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals by actively promoting Metro by T-Mobile products and services.
• Be a Tech Expert: Stay up-to-date on the latest smartphones, features, and mobile plans to confidently answer customer questions.
• Store Upkeep: Assist with inventory management, cash handling, merchandising, and keeping the store looking sharp and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required—we provide great training!
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus but not mandatory.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Locality: Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our locations in the Bronx, Queens, or Hillside.
