We’re looking for a reliable, easygoing, and professional Sales Associate to join our team. Our shop has a relaxed but professional vibe. We are a small team so we must be able to trust that we pick the right candidate.

This role is a solo-shift position, meaning each associate is trusted to run the store independently during their shift. If you’re self-motivated, communicative, patientand honest, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the store independently during your shift
• Create a welcoming, judgment-free environment for all customers
• Provide knowledgeable, honest assistance on products (within legal guidelines)
• Verify ID for all age-restricted purchases
• Operate the POS system accurately (cash and card transactions)
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store appearance
• Restock products, receive inventory, and communicate low-stock items
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations related to regulated products
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
• Communicate openly with management and teammates

Required Qualifications

• Must meet minimum legal age requirements to sell age-restricted products
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working alone and making decisions during your shift
• Ability to handle cash responsibly
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Retail or smoke related experience
• Familiarity with POS systems
• General knowledge of smoking accessories, hemp products, or nicotine products

Schedule & Availability

• Flexible availability preferred
• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required
