What they need
- Customer Service: Greet shoppers warmly, understand their needs, and guide them to relevant products.
- Sales & Promotion: Explain product features, pricing, and warranties; use upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase basket size.
- Transactions: Process payments, handle returns, issue receipts, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current promotions, store policies, and new merchandise.
Experience: Prior experience in retail, customer service, or face-to-face sales is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹42,000.00 per month
