Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on a wide range of products including haircare, electronics, and hair.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transactions
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure products are attractive and accessible
• Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and replenishment to keep the store well-stocked and inviting
• Provide excellent customer service via phone communication, answering questions about product availability or order status
• Utilize organizational skills to manage retail math for pricing, discounts, and sales promotions effectively

Qualifications

• Previous outdoor work experience or hands-on gardening knowledge is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
• Passion for customer service with a proactive attitude to assist shoppers enthusiastically and professionally
