Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers in product selection by offering knowledgeable advice and conducting product demos to highlight features and benefits
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing through effective merchandising
• Conduct upselling by recommending additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing back stock, and assisting with inventory counts using retail math skills
• Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; supervisory experience a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

• Ability to perform merchandising tasks including stocking and organizing products efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
• Experience in beauty supply store or similar retail environments is advantageous
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
