Retail Sales Associate

- Base Salary: ₱20,000.00 - ₱25,000.00 per month

- Monthly Performance Incentives

Qualifications:

• Vocational, Diploma, or College Level are welcome to apply
• Must have an experience in Luxury retail or Retail for atleast 1-2 years.
• Must possess good communication skills.

Job Description:

• Manage excellence store operation and good relationships with customers and partners.
• Develop brand awareness through social media, pop-up events and/or local communities.
• Manage purchasing activities with authentication processes involved.
• Maintain customer engagement through the CRM program.
• Actively develop initiatives to achieve monthly targets.
• Analyze local market situations and report to management periodically.
• Manage operational reports.
• Manage shipment preparations.
• Report to other store locations when necessary.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
