We are looking for energetic, friendly, and service-oriented Retail Sales Associates to create a positive shopping experience for our customers. If you enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to have you on our team!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Recommend products and promote new items and ongoing promotions
• Operate the POS system and handle cash, NETS, and card payments accurately
• Ensure products are properly displayed, replenished, and visually appealing
• Perform basic food preparation, including baking nuts and pastries, in accordance with SOPs and food safety standards
• Process and pack online delivery orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitor product quality and expiry dates
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with SFA regulations
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management

✅ Requirements

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Retail or F&B experience is preferred but not required
• Training will be provided
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Able to travel to or support different outlets when required
