Clothes Mentor is a locally owned women's resale business where we buy and sell gently worn, in-style clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories. We're looking for a reliable, motivated team member who wants to learn our business and grow into a Keyholder position.

What You'll Do

• Help customers find great fashions at affordable prices.
• Buy gently worn, in-style women's clothing and accessories.
• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Maintain displays and merchandise throughout the store.
• Learn to upload merchandise to our online Shopify store.
• Learn to pull, prepare, and pack online customer orders.
• Complete daily tasks and help keep the store running smoothly.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as you learn the business.

• Ready to grow. You're interested in advancing into a Keyholder role and taking on additional responsibility.
• Flexible. You have open availability to work days, evenings, and weekends, including the ability to open or close the store as needed.
• Organized and detail-oriented. You notice what needs to be done and take the initiative to do it.
• A team player. You work well with others but can also work independently without constant supervision.
• Comfortable with technology. You can learn computer systems and online order processing.
• Able to drive to the bank for store-related business when needed.

Retail experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are what matter most.
