Our client is looking for a Retail Lighting Sales Consultant to join our team and assist customers in selecting the right lighting products for their homes and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their lighting requirements
• Recommend suitable lighting products based on customers’ needs, preferences and budget
• Explain product features, specifications and applications clearly
• Handle sales enquiries, quotations and product recommendations
• Follow up with customers to support sales conversion and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a neat and attractive showroom display
• Assist with stock checking, product arrangements and replenishment
• Process sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation
• Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service
• Keep updated on new lighting products, promotions and industry trends
• Support the team in achieving individual and showroom sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales, showroom sales or customer service experience
• Candidates with experience in lighting, electrical, home improvement, furniture or interior-related industries will have an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable personality
• Comfortable working towards sales targets
• Able to understand and explain product specifications
• Willing to learn about lighting products and applications
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
