Retail Sales Associate (Mass Interview 2 Oct)

Working Details:

• Company Background: MNC Wellness & Retail Sector
• Working days & Hours : 6 days work week ; 44 hours per week
• Salary up to $3000 (sub to exp)+ supplementary allowances (AWS payout in 12 months on top of basic pay) + varies incentives + AL starting from 18days + Variable Bonus
• Training provided, full time role
• Mass Interview Date : 2 Oct 2026, Friday from 1pm - 6pm (only for shortlisted applicants)

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and support store sales targets and profitability goals through proactive customer engagement and effective selling techniques.

• Take ownership of sales performance by identifying opportunities to maximise sales and promote supplements/wellness products.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing professional product recommendations and solutions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.

• Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience that reflects the company's service standards.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner, escalating issues when appropriate.

• Ensure products are displayed, replenished, and priced accurately in accordance with company guidelines.

• Support daily store operations to ensure the store is well-organised, customer-ready, and always operating efficiently.

• Assist in stock ordering, stock count, replenishment, and inventory management to ensure product availability and minimise stock shortages.

• Support a safe, secure, and compliant retail environment for customers and colleagues.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
