Retail Sales Associate – New Position

About the role

As our Retail Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers looking to purchase gold & silver bullion and collectible coins. Unlike conventional retail, our customers often make considered, high-value purchases, so product knowledge, accuracy and trust are just as important as sales ability.

You will be responsible for delivering a professional customer experience, understanding customers' needs, explaining our products clearly, and supporting the smooth daily operation of our retail shop.

If you enjoy dealing with customers, are interested in gold, silver, investment products or collectibles, and want to build your knowledge in a specialist industry, we'd like to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and provide professional product recommendations
• Handle sales transactions, cashier duties and customer enquiries
• Maintain product displays and shop environment
• Follow up customer orders and product collection
• Learn and explain product features, pricing and basic precious metals information
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

About you

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in jewellery, watches, luxury goods or collectibles is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, proactive and detail-minded
• Good Cantonese; conversational Mandarin and English preferred
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays on a roster basis
