Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections, offering detailed demonstrations of technology and accessories to enhance their experience
• Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, processing payments, and issuing receipts with professionalism
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques that draw customer attention and promote featured products
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication and friendly phone etiquette
• Support store operations by opening and closing the store as a Key Holder, ensuring security protocols are followed and cash registers are balanced
• Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, organizing merchandise, and conducting periodic stock audits to ensure product availability

Requirements

• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales environments is preferred; familiarity with product demos is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and confidently
• Demonstrated organizational skills for managing merchandising displays and inventory processes
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed; previous experience in cashiering or cash handling is advantageous
