We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Retail Sales / Branch 2IC / Workshop Supervisor to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional or workshop leader looking to take the next step in their career.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in the success of the branch by balancing customer service, sales, operational leadership, and workshop leadership. As the Branch Manager's second-in-charge, you will help lead the team, oversee workshop operations, and ensure customers receive exceptional service every time.

• Retail sales and customer relationship management
• Branch leadership and operational support
• Workshop scheduling, coordination, and team management
• Inventory and stock control
• Health & Safety leadership
• Staff coaching and development

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in retail sales, trade sales, customer service, or branch operations.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Workshop, automotive, industrial, mechanical, or trade-related experience preferred.
• Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and a hands-on leadership style.
• Confidence interacting with customers, suppliers, and team members at all levels.
• Sound computer skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
