Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty
• Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and provide information
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stock shelves and merchandise as needed
• Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
• Basic math skills for processing payments and providing change
• Proficiency in upselling techniques to increase sales
• Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer needs

Pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
