About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our team at T2, Mumbai Airport. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Promote products and explain features, benefits, offers, and promotions.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Manage billing and basic cash/POS transactions as required.
• Maintain adequate product stock and coordinate with the team for replenishment.
• Follow company policies, airport guidelines, and retail procedures.
• Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a strong shopping experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, luxury retail, FMCG, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with a customer-friendly approach.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport retail environment.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
