Retail Sales Coordinator

About the Role

Join the Retail Division of Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad and be part of an established business with operations across LSH Lighting and Knight Auto. This role supports our retail sales operations by coordinating customer orders, sales administration and communication between retail outlets, customers and internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the showroom and ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.

• Assist customers by providing product information and delivering excellent customer service.

• Promote and sell the Company's products to achieve individual and outlet sales targets.

• Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related sales documentation accurately and promptly.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and retail teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to support smooth retail operations.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification. Candidates with a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related disciplines will have an added advantage.

• At least one year of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service or Sales Coordination.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong communication, coordination and customer service skills.

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Experience in lighting, hardware, building materials or retail operations will be an added advantage.
