Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Store Operations: Ensure efficient day-to-day operations in our retail stores to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Implement Sales Strategies: Execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and drive revenue growth.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

· Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

· Retail Sales Experience: 2-3 years of experience in FMCG retail sales supervision, with a track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.

· Corporate Sales Exposure: Experience in sales - corporate or equivalent is a plus, showcasing versatility in sales environments.

· Fieldwork and Inventory Control: Relevant experience in fieldwork and inventory control to ensure smooth retail operations.

· Independence and Initiative: Capability to work independently and proactively to achieve sales and operational objectives.

· Travel Readiness: Ability and willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.

· Motorcycle Rider: Experienced with motorcycle travel for efficient mobility between locations.
